We use the latest technology and modern machinery to manufacture customized components in various metallic materials, such as steel, brass, stainless steel, and aluminum. We are unique with our machine setup, featuring three different machine types that enable efficient production from small series in our single-spindle CNC lathes, and medium series (10,000 – 100,000) in multi-spindle CNC lathes, to large series (25,000 to millions) in our rotary transfer machines.
We offer everything from basic, high-speed CNC lathes and Swiss-type lathes to advanced machining with 3-turret machines featuring 3 Y-axes. Dimension range from Ø 6-65 mm. This set-up forms a strong basis for our high level of service and flexibility to our customers.
Our CNC-controlled multi-spindle machines can produce both simple and complex parts in volumes starting from 10,000 units. The machines can handle round and profile materials in dimensions ranging from Ø 8-40 mm. The advantage of this type of machine is its six individual motor spindles combined with full CNC control of 12 individual machining slides - a fantastic combination of flexibility and efficient production.
Rotary transfer machines or “Hydromat’s” are used to efficiently produce both simple and complex parts in batch sizes starting from 25,000 units. The machines can handle round and profile materials in Ø 5-45 mm dimension. Parts can be machined without limitations on both ends as well as radially with operations such as cross drilling, threading, or milling.
